Dear Members,

We received below inquiry from Eric Max, Esq. of New Home Warranty Arbitration Services, LLC:

NSPE Officers,

I run an arbitration service that provides construction experts to arbitrate disputes between new home builders and new home owners under the NJ New Home Warranty Program.  Under NJ regulations only architects/engineers may serve as arbitrators to resolve certain types of construction claims under the Program.  Architects/Engineers are paid for their services and will receive training in how to conduct an arbitration.  I was hoping you could circulate the attached flyer to your members.  Thank you for your help.
