The NSPE Emerging Leader Program Task Force seeks early-career professionals who are prepared to think strategically about their career and begin to assume leadership roles in the industry. In the program’s latest class of emerging leaders, NJSPE celebrates a local PE, Matthew Danza from Freehold, New Jersey. You could be next! This national program features an intensive five-month program with guided instruction and mentorship to engineers seeking to expand their skills through:
With the help of real work-life scenarios and discussions, this program will prepare participants to excel as leaders in the workplace. Participants will meet virtually January through May 2023 and work through related assignments using an online learning platform.
