ANS Consultants, Inc. was established by Atul N. Shah, PE (ANS) in 1993 to provide construction inspection services, geotechnical and environmental drilling services, materials testing, and geotechnical engineering services across New Jersey and in Tri-State area.
Over nearly 30 years, we have had the privilege to work on a variety of public and private project, including some of the state’s largest transportation & infrastructure, waterfront & ports, water & wastewater, oil & gas, power transmission, and residential and commercial buildings projects. Construction Inspection:
ANS Consultant experienced, and certified inspectors are well trained and established in performing construction inspections such as backfill and compaction testing, subgrade inspection and testing, concrete inspection and testing, rebar inspection and testing, asbestos testing, and deep foundation testing. We provided QA/QC services on projects to ensure the construction methods and procedures are being performed as per project drawings and specifications.
Drilling Services:
ANS Consultant’s in-house drilling capacity addresses a variety of surface and subsurface conditions for local projects within the Tri-State area. ANS Geo drilling fleet consists of two track-mounted drill rigs, Geoprobe 7822DT and Acker XLS.
Material Laboratory Testing:
Since our inception in 1993, ANS Consultants, Inc., has maintained our accredited material testing laboratory, which provides various known engineering industry standard laboratory testing services for mid-to-large size projects. The laboratory provides tests relating to soil, rock, asphalt, concrete, mortar, and grout.
Geotechnical Engineering:
ANS Consultants provides geotechnical engineering services such as conducting subsurface investigation programs, foundation review, design analysis, and recommendations, retaining wall systems design and recommendations, earthwork analysis and recommendations, forensic studies and investigations, slope stability analysis and recommendations, seismic review and evaluations, and pavement analysis design.
