NJSPE Private Project of The Year Award

This awards is to honor exemplary Engineering firms which have completed privately funded projects in the state of New Jersey which have made an improvement in the lives of the residents of the surrounding communities. The degree of innovation, complexity, achievement, and value to the public will be considered when determining the winners of the award.

Please reference OP-104.of the NISPE Bylaws for specific details for qualifications and submissions.

Qualifications:

  • Project must be located in the state of New Jersey.
  • Majority of project funding (>50%) coming from private sources.
  • Project must be completed and/or commissioned between:
    January1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.

ENGINEERING PRIVATE PROJECT OF THE YEAR

The NJSPE Engineer Private Project of the Year Award is presented to the nominated engineering firm that has completed an outstanding privately funded project that made a positive improvement to the residents of New Jersey. Degree of innovation, complexity, achievement, and value to the public will be considered when projects are similar. The project must have been completed and/or commissioned in the year preceding when the award will be presented.

Submissions for the NJSPE Public Project of The Year award should include supporting documentation such as photographs, articles, reports, and/or other narratives to better present the project to the NJSPE Awards Committee.

Each submission is entitled one video to present the nominee to the awards committee. The video shall not exceed 5 minutes in length. Non compliant videos will not be presented to the awards committee.

NJSPE requests the videos be hosted on YouTube or Vimeo.
